WHAT YOU BRING
Come to class wearing a T-shirt, sweat pants or warm-ups and athletic or tennis shoes of some type. For safety reasons shorts, sandals and flip-flops are not allowed.
While not a requirement, due to the nature of the game, male fencers are strongly urge to consider an athletic cup.

We can provide foils, masks, gloves, and jackets.

​Equipment is intended to be “personal ownership”, but club equipment can be rented at modest cost, as needed thereafter.
If you desire to purchase your own gear, a beginner's start up set consisting of a foil, mask, glove, jacket, plastron and equipment bag can be purchased for about $150.00 or less from many online vendors..
